Topical helped while using, but it would come back when I stopped and I was diagnosed with psoriasis. I went to AIIM and saw Jessica Caspar, APRN. She suggested ozone IVs and gave me ozonated olive oil. Within a few days of using the cream, my skin looks dramatically better! I am very hopeful and glad to  not be relying on steroids.
