CHRIS MCPHERSON

CERTIFIED HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST

At Atlanta Integrative and Internal Medicine, we believe in Holistic Nutrition or healing with whole foods; foods that are complete and nutrient dense in their natural state. Whole foods are those foods that contain balanced ratios of vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, sugars, and other vital nutrients in their most natural, chemical free state. Whole foods are those foods that are not altered, stripped or refined in any way so that our bodies can break them down and utilize them for maximum energy and help us reach our optimal health. Whole foods are organic, seasonal, and local, whenever possible, to ensure they are fresh, nutrient rich, chemical, pesticide and additive free.

We are open and offering telemedicine visits for all our active and new patients.

If you are in need of an in-person visit, IV therapy appointment and/or lab appointment, we are able to see you, by appointment-only.

For your safety and that of our staff and providers, we are taking Universal Precautions, as set forth by the CDC, the Georgia Department of Health and other expert resources.

At your scheduled appointment, you can expect the following:

  • Each and every onsite appointment will have a COVID-19 exposure screening text message sent to you the day before your appointment, requiring your response
  • Upon arrival at our office, you will wait outside as the automatic doorbell alerts our staff to your presence and you will be admitted in to the office
  • All guests will be required to wear a mask upon entering our clinic and for the duration of the time in the clinic, for your safety
  • You will then have your temperature taken at the front door, prior to being roomed for additional vitals and before your appointment
  • Our staff and providers will all be wearing masks as well
  • Each room, chair, doorknob and desk will be sanitized thoroughly between staggered visits

Note: to further reduce risk, we are limiting the office visit to patients only; if you would like or need to bring a spouse, friend or advocate, you may use a smart phone to include them in your appointment however they will not be permitted to enter the building unless you are physically or mentally impaired or, under the age of 18 years old.

If you are actively sick with COVID-19 or suspect that you are, a telemedicine consult with one of our providers can be scheduled for acute management if appropriate, however we are not seeing actively sick patients in our office at this time for the protection of our immune compromised patients.

As always, please message us via the Patient Portal or call our office or with any questions and to schedule your next healthcare appointment.

We are here to support all your healthcare and wellness goals during this unprecedented time!
