Do Supplements Actually Help?

Often consumers are left wondering do all these supplements I am taking (or hear I should be taking) actually do anything- while there are always contrary studies available to reference, the resounding answer from meta-analysis to meta-analysis. YES -they do help.

But, what about kids? Should they be taking everything I am taking? Are there things that can reduce their risk for disease and illnesses, now and in the future? Again, the answer has been shown in many specific areas also to be YES -they do help children as well.

Here is one of the latest examples from University of California -Davis showing us this as well.
